Start with the word on the board. Type a new four-letter word that changes exactly one letter, then press Enter. Keep going until you reach POOP. Every submitted word must be in this game’s dictionary.
What do the brown tiles mean?
A brown tile matches the letter in the same position in POOP. It is a visual guide, not a locked tile. You can change that letter again when a different route needs it.
How are moves and Perfect scored?
Every accepted word after the starting word counts as one move. Invalid attempts do not count. Perfect means your number of moves equals the shortest possible path in the current dictionary. You cannot beat the mathematical minimum.
Can I repeat a word or run out of guesses?
You can revisit a word before finishing, but it counts as another move. There is no small guess limit. An accepted move cannot be undone. Backspace edits only your current input.
Why is my word not accepted?
The dictionary contains 5,394 connected four-letter words. It includes some uncommon words, regional forms and plurals, but not every English word. Proper-name spellings are not added separately. Words must use A–Z, be present in the list and differ in exactly one position. You can report a word from Support.
